Check the case paper. The District Clerk, Sheriff, and city Municipal Court keep different records. Copy the court named in the paper before contacting anyone. A relative can help locate a prior notice if needed. The custodian can explain its request steps, and a licensed Texas attorney can discuss legal choices. Do not send sensitive case details through an unverified form. Keep the request narrow and include only details the custodian needs to locate an existing record.

This Is Not a Government Office. We cannot verify a warrant, recall process, accept bond, arrange an appearance, or provide legal advice. Contact the issuing court or an attorney for a personal case.
